The new property manager, Joelle is definitely a professional and on point in looking out for your needs as long as communication is being made on a regular. Very curteous, friendly and approachable to be at your best interest. Joelle has catered to my needs at Albany-Menands Self Storage for 9 months this year, I highly recommend using this storage facilty if your in the need of priority service in a crunch, affordability and cleanliness.
